Our Latest Goings Ons!!!!

DANCE RECITAL TIME.... MAY 2008

S danced to "Its show time"
This was the night of her dance recital. She did so well.
She sang her heart out. We could hear her from where we sat.
She was front and center shaking her booty.
She was awesome!!!

Both friday and saturday night was full of dance, dance, dance.
It was fun seeing the result of all the girls hard work.
We were so proud of them.

T danced to"Its a hard Knock Life" This was T's first year dancing. She did her thing on stage. She did the steps but added her own touch and did some steps a few times too many. It was so cute. She was a riot.

It was a big family night.
We were all there to
watch the girls dance the night away.

Our Family Summer Beach Trip!

We stayed for a week at this adorable beach house in Cal.
It was a three bedroom two bath place and we all fit just great in it.
We woke up everyday to the sand right out the door,
breakfast on the patio, and the sound of the surf!
We went to sleep each night with the windows open.
There is nothing like the sound of the ocean.
The weather was great and nice cool at night.

There was this fun and interesting palm trees out side.
It was totally bent and then went straight up.
The kids had fun playing on it and crawling under it.

There was a hammock outside that was quite the attraction.

Good morning cuties. It was up in the morning and straight outside.

We had so much fun as a family playing around and enjoying our girls and how excited they were to be outside playing in the sand and sun.

The girls held on to daddy as they got brave to get in the water.

The kids were all ready to go hit the waves with their boogie boards. The days consisted of digging in the sand for hours, looking for crabs, playing and running in the waves, building sand castles, hiting softballs, flying kites, and endless bliss.

B and S all ready to dig for crabs.

We had quite the time getting this big yellow play pool back to the beach It was so big that it wouldn't fit in the back of the car. So we got creative. We put it on top of the Expedition and we each had one hand out the window holding it to the top of the car. I drove one handed down the pacific Coast Highway, in the dark, through construction, with the ocean wind blowing through our hair. We were laughing so hard. But look how much fun the girls are having. It was worth it. The things we do for our kids.

Gettin sand right where it counts.

The little sand dweller.

Practice your surfing skills on the sand its much safer that way.

Save us Grandpa!!!

There is nothing like hours and hours of playing in the water.

Quite the surfer, and as you can tell the
waves took their toll on him. hahaha
But he was still smiling.

We headed to San Diego mid week and went to the ZOO. The girls got their faces painted. S wanted to look like a peacock and Twanted a snake on her face.
We saw so many animals and just had fun strolling around the park.

ALWAYS REMEMBER........

Thanks so much for the memories mom and dad.
